After 17 seasons in the NFL, 38-year-old Brett Favre is hanging up his cleats. Even though that's a long career in football years, wouldn't it be great if we all could look forward to retiring at only 38?
ALSO leaving the NFL after 14 seasons is Warren Sapp.

Reportedly he told teammates and coaches his plans after the Raiders' season finale against San Diego, but made it official today.

And the media crooning and ass-kissing commenced shortly after and it won't stop. You'll be seeing this shit throughout the season. Might even do a fucking Brett Favre tribute at the start of the 2008 season. All these bitch-made excuses for men, like Chris Berman and Madden and Peter King, damn near crying over the man retiring. I know they love him and have a sick obsession, but shit, the man didn't die. I'd love for someone to ask Favre the realeast question he's ever been asked: "Who sucks it better, your wife or Peter King?"
Here, I do not actually imagine it will have effect.
