Despite asking the judge to "be as merciful as a human being can be" and admitting to being scared and sorry, U.S. District Judge Kenneth Karas sentenced Marion Jones to six months in prison for lying to investigators about using performance-enhancing drugs and her role in a check-fraud scam. Once dubbed the fastest woman on earth, Jones has until March 11 to surrender and begin serving her sentence. I know it's sad that she's going to prison, but six months will fly by so, be easy MJ!!
