Well you can get it if you're the highest bidder. Ol' boy who caught it just can't afford to keep it (the government is a trip) so he's auctioning it off. He said, "It wasn't hard. It was simple math. I'm upset by the decision I had to make. I wanted to keep it. I'm young. I don't have the bank account. ... It would have cost me a lot more to keep it."
